1.  INTRODUCTION

Welcome to ParadiseGolf.com. By accessing our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2.  PRIVACY POLICY

Refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your data.

3.  USE OF THE SITE

​

The website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for the Site or use the Services.

4.  ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

​

You might be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

5.  COMMUNICATIONS

​

By creating an account on our site, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

6.  CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly agree that we may send you text messages (SMS and MMS) related to your transactions, security, promotional and marketing purposes, or other purposes related to our services. Standard text messaging rates may apply as provided by your carrier.

7.  PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

8.  MEMBERSHIPS

​

Memberships are subscriptions, billed on a 28 day cycle or on an annual basis. Memberships auto-renew until cancelled in writing and on a recorded call. Memberships are strictly non-refundable.

9.  CANCELLATIONS

​

Bookings and Lessons

​

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled outside of a 48 hour window without penalty. Any bookings within a 48 hour window that are cancelled or rescheduled will incur a no-show fee of half the value of the lesson or simulator booking.

​

Memberships

​

Membership cancellation requests require 48 hour notice from the client to allow proper processing. Members are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled billing date. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the forfeiture of the right to a refund.

​

Memberships can be cancelled or adjusted by the Paradise Golf Concierge at (951) 638-5400 or memberservices@paradisegolf.com. All membership cancellations occur on a recorded phone call with the Concierge for quality assurance and documentation purposes. Paradise Golf is required to then document the cancellation via email to the client. 

​

Memberships that are cancelled by Paradise Golf are subject to forfeiture of all benefits and services. Paradise Golf reserves the right to cancel Memberships at any time.

10.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content on the website is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11.  LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ParadiseGolf.com. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

12.  CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Revised terms are posted on this Site with an updated Effective Date at the top of this document. Changes take effect when posted, except that any change affecting membership pricing, billing cycle, or cancellation rights will be sent to active members by email at least 30 days before it applies to their account.

Your continued use of the Site or your Services after the Effective Date of a revision means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept a revision, your remedy is to stop using the Site and cancel your Membership under Section 9.
